If you were born under the sign of Cancer (aka Moon Child), this is your special bath!
Here are some wonderful things about you:
Symbol: The Crab
Ruling Planet: Moon
Element: Water (yay!)
Primary Tendency: Sensitive response, empathy & rich emotion
Qualities: Initiative, ambition & focus
Keyword: Caring
Stone: Moonstone
I’m thinking of a white, moon-ie kind of bath….how about VANILLA? Wouldn’t that be delicious? And coconut – you know I love coconuts and they are round and white (well the insides are) – just like the moon!
So here we go, your very special birthday month bath dear Cancer:
- Epsom Salts – 2 heaping cups
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract (use the REAL Vanilla Extract)
- Coconut Oil – 1 to 3 spoonfuls
- Bubbles – lots and lots
Start with one tablespoon and see if it’s fragrant enough. If not, add a bit more. You can also pour the Extract into the Epsom Salts and then add to the bath. There are other wonderful things you might want to toss in there too, like milk and honey (see our Milk & Honey Bath for more on that). You might not ever want to get out of this bath.
The Diva’s matchie-matchie suggestions because the Diva is all about matchie-matchie:
Candle: Vanilla scented
Snack: Vanilla ice cream
Tiara: Absolutely

I can’t take it any longer, this site is outrageous, I am heading for the bath tub NOW!
July André? I’ve heard of you – you’re a Force For Goodness aren’t you? I’m one of your biggest fans!
Hehe, I love your website, Awesome!, I would live in the bath if I could!
Dear Diva Taryn,
Thank you! I know just how you feel. The other night I was in the tub and it was SO GREAT, the water was perfect, the bubbles were bodacious, I was relaxed and happy – why would I ever want to leave?
I started wondering if I should get a “bath caddy” so I could put my laptop on it and work from the tub during the day (I am a web developer too). The fantasy went on to getting some sort of plastic covering for the keyboard, and a way to secure it well to the caddy so it didn’t fall in the tub – been there, done that – then I remembered that I actually get in the tub to get away from all that stuff! Doh! End of “working from tub” fantasy.
Do visit again and keep in touch Diva Taryn!
Happy Bubbles Ever After,
The Bathtub Diva
