Spring is here! Revitalize and glow with these simple bath & facial recipes.
Sunshine Spring Bath Recipe:
- 1 Lemon – squeeze into tub
- Epsom Salts – 2 cups
- Peppermint Oil – start with 5 drops and add a few more if needed once you are in the water
- Remember to add some bubbles too!
And you’ll want a matching Face Mask:
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Squeeze 1/4 Lemon
- 4 Tbsp. Plain Yoghurt
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
Blend until smooth-ish, smear on face, get into tub and leave concoction on for 20 minutes. This mask will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Especially good for oily skin.
Drink:
Lemonade – of course!
